About Brad

The operator behind the mic

Brad Stewart has spent more than twenty years building and rebuilding the way music gets made into a business. He started as a booking agent and has worked with over 400 national and international touring acts, closing brand partnerships with companies like Netflix, NASCAR, Delta Air Lines, and Burton Snowboards along the way.

When the pandemic exposed how fragile the traditional model really was, Brad did not wait for the industry to fix itself. He built Music Mogul AI to give independent artists the same booking, marketing, and management infrastructure once reserved for acts already earning six figures a year. He is the founder and CEO of Mogul Talent Group, the author of The Music Business Playbook, and the host of the Music Industry Architects podcast.

2026 Recognition

Music Mogul AI was named the exclusive recipient of CIOReview.com's Top AI-Powered Music Career Management Platform 2026 award.

Signature Talks

Three talks. One mission: build the business behind the music.

Each talk runs 30 to 60 minutes and adapts into a workshop, fireside chat, or panel. Combine all three into a half-day or full-day session.

01

The Mogul Method: Building an Artist Career Like a Business

Why passion without a business foundation is just an expensive hobby.

Brad breaks down the Mogul Method, the same framework he uses inside Music Mogul AI and Mogul Talent Group to take an artist from Foundation to Momentum to Legacy. Every principle comes from deals he has closed, contracts he has negotiated, and mistakes he has watched cost real artists real money.

Best fit: Music industry conferences, artist development programs, college music business programs.

Audience walks away with

  • A practical framework for treating a creative career as a business, starting today.
  • The revenue streams most artists never activate, and what that gap is costing them.
  • How to read a contract well enough to know when to walk away.
  • What separates artists who build lasting value from those who burn bright and disappear.
02

Authenticity at Scale: How AI Is Rebuilding the Music Business

The agencies are not going anywhere. The artists who get left behind are the ones who ignore what just changed.

AI is reshaping how music is created, distributed, booked, and monetized. Brad built Music Mogul AI to solve this problem and speaks from the position of someone who has put the technology into production, not someone theorizing from the sidelines. This talk answers the question every promoter, agent, and artist is quietly asking.

Best fit: Music industry conferences, technology and innovation summits, association keynotes.

Audience walks away with

  • A clear, no-hype explanation of where AI is already changing booking, promotion, and management.
  • Why the agencies built to grow with this technology will out-earn the ones that resist it.
  • How independent artists can finally access infrastructure that used to require a full-time agent.
  • A framework for evaluating which AI tools deserve a place in a music business, and which are noise.
03

From Booking Agent to Founder: A Blueprint for Reinvention

Twenty years in one version of the music business. Then the floor moved, and so did I.

This is Brad's personal story, told in front of an audience instead of into a podcast microphone. It traces the arc from booking agent to agency owner to startup founder, and it does not skip the hard parts. Audiences leave with a decision-making framework for their own reinvention, whatever industry they sit in.

Best fit: Entrepreneurship conferences, corporate keynotes, college campuses, business school programs.

Audience walks away with

  • A specific account of identifying when a business model is dying and acting before it is too late.
  • How to build something new without abandoning relationships and reputation built over twenty years.
  • The mindset shift required to go from operator to founder.
  • Why reinvention is a skill that can be learned, not a trait some people are simply born with.
